Inner Light Yoga & Pilates provides a variety of classes in both Yoga
and Pilates by a highly experienced instructor who has been teaching in South
Dublin for over 10 years.
Tuition is available for private 121 training, semi
private or for larger groups. Programs include general fitness & well being,
Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced Levels in Pilates,
PilatesStick® Workout, Bums, Tums & Arms Dynamic Pilates, YogaPilates
Fusion (yoga and pilates mix), Pre & Post-Natal,
Mum & Baby, wedding preparation, rehabilitation
and special requirements.
All yoga and pilates classes take place in the following venues:
