Pilates and Yoga for mum and baby is a great way to get back in shape after giving birth. The classes are geared towards strenghtening the back and pelvic floor to help with the new daily stresses put on your body and to tone up the abdomin, waist, bum, thighs and arms. It is a time to bond with your baby and to also meet with other new mums. The atmosphere is very relaxed and flexible so that if your baby cries, needs to be fed or changed during the class you can attend to their needs worry free and join back in when you are ready. Your baby can be close and watch you workout or be part of the postures.
