Developed in the 1920s by the legendary physical trainer and founder of The New York Pilates Studio®, Joseph H. Pilates, The Pilates Method is an exercise system focused on improving flexibility and strength for the total body from the inside out without building bulk.

Created by Charles Blount, Exercise Physiologist, this portable Pilates system utilizes modern technology to create a versatile, durable piece of fitness equipment perfect for those of us on the go! The PilatesStick® Portable Body Sculpting System uses patented Slastix™ technology in the production of the resistance tubing. Pilatesstick® can be used to do approximately ninety-five percent of the exercises done on the Cadillac and Reformer. Inner Light Yoga and Pilates is proud to be the first to offer The PilatesStick® workout in Ireland.
