Yoga & Pilates can be an ideal way to help maintain fitness in a gentle way when you're pregnant. Yoga is very beneficial as it helps you breathe and relax, which can help you adjust to the physical demands of labor, birth, and motherhood. Pilates is ideal to help maintain and improve posture, increase strength and flexibility, increase and strengthen stability, improve coordination and enhance pelvic floor control. The classes are tailored for second or third trimesters and take into account the many transformations of the body during pregnancy.
