Yoga helps relieve stress and fatigue, helps shape and tone the body. improves flexibility, posture and concentration, aids in digestion and respiratory disorders such as asthma and energise both body and mind. It is also helpful for anxiety, depression and insomnia.

Hatha yoga refers to a set of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures) designed to balance the body both physicially and mentally. The postures are also designed to open channels of the body so that your energy can flow freely.

Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance. In our physical bodies we develop a balance of strength and flexibility. We also learn to balance our effort and surrender in each pose.
